REGISTRATION, PAYMENT OPTIONS, AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
* ADVANCE registration is requested to attend all classes, groups and workshops.... if I do not know that anyone is coming, the event may not be held!
Please call to register and save your spot in the class or workshop of your choice.
If you wish to receive the "5 Week" or "Series" discount, you may pay 50% due upon registration, and the remaining balance will be due by the third class. If you wish to pay per event, the single event price will remain in effect unless you have called and made other arrangements with me.
*If you are planning to pay on the day / evening of an event, please plan on arriving a few minutes early to complete your payment unless you have already sent your check when you registered.... All classes and groups will begin at the scheduled time.
* Dress comfortably and bring a PILLOW or CUSHION, and a BLANKET large enough to lie on and cover yourself with if you wish to practice the breathing exercises on the floor.... please note that in order to accomodate a large group, breathing will be practiced while seated. Please call to determine if you need to bring a blanket. Back Jack chairs or meditation cushions are always welcome however.
* You may wish to bring a notebook and pen; each class contains many suggestions and techniques which you may want to jot down!

*In case of severely inclement weather, workshops and classes will be rescheduled and all registrants will be notified.

It is difficult to describe the wonderful level of loving, caring, and sharing which develops among members of each of my groups. Everyone becomes part of our "family", knowing that their thoughts and concerns are sacred and protected within the Inner sanctum of the Meditation class. Friendships have become life long, and for those who pass through our group and go on their way, we are all more complete and content for the blessed experience of their presence, no matter how long they have stayed. Please join us and experience our wondrous family as it evolves and grows.... we are blessed and honored to have you come and share your Light with us ... hoping to see you in 2010....
