Attendance at class I is mandatory to attend this series.  On that evening, we discuss ALL of the basics that are essential to continue with this Course.  Call if you are interested in the Course but are unable to make it;  if possible dates may be changed.  If not, you may secure a place in the next session if you wish to do so.

Note: Class I runs from 7:30 - 10:00 PM

Classes II through V run from 7:30 - 9:30 PM

Prepaid discount available;  50% deposit of $67.50 is due upon registration and balance of $67.50 is due at class II.  You will save $10.00!  If you elect to pay per session, payment of exact change or check due ($29.00) per class.  Please do not ask for change when making a payment.  It delays the start of our class.  Please come prepared with the correct amount of money or bring a check if you  have chosen the "pay as you go" option.  It is not fair to the others and I cannot make any exceptions in this matter.  Thanks for your cooperation.

As the energy on the Earth plane shifts toward the 5th dimension, we are all being asked to evolve and raise our level of awareness to keep up with the energy shift upon us.... 2011 FINDS US IN THE FINAL PERIOD OF INCREASING OUR AWARENESS AND LIGHT AS WE MOVE TOWARD A HEART CENTERED REALITY ON PLANET EARTH.  NOW IS THE TIME TO JOIN US.

The focus of the Meditation Group will work toward raising our vibration to higher levels, gaining insights and understanding as we heal ourselves, others, and the planet.  We will be working to access our highest levels of awareness each  time we meet...

 Some of the many tools used during Meditations will include the Serenity Runes, Finding Peace & Joy, Goddess Knowledge, Your Sacred Path, Angelic Wisdom, Healing Mind & Spirit,  Ask & It Is Given, Attitude Adjustment Cards, Power Animals,  as well as tapping into the wisdom of our highest Guides and Masters.... all Meditations are followed by a group discussion and interpretive session as needed.

This program was originally written to present to teachers as part of a staff development program.  The response was so successful that I have received many requests to offer it again for others who are not in the teaching profession and are desperately seeking some simple techniques to help de-stress during the daily grind of this hectic world we all live in.  It is now being offered to everyone seeking some useful information that they can use on a daily basis - as needed - to relieve stress and achieve inner calm.  For those of you who do not wish to commit to a 5 week Meditation Course at this time, this workshop is just what you need to learn all of the best stress relieving techniques that you can use on a daily basis.  The workshop will end with a relaxing guided meditation.  Participants should dress comfortably, and bring a notebook to jot down notes, as many techniques will be discussed during this one evening intensive workshop.

Each workshop will contain an in depth discussion of a different Chakra, or Energy Center, including its connection to our physical, mental and spiritual health and well being, followed by a guided meditation to energize and clear any blocks within that Chakra.  Participants are urged to attend the complete series of Chakra workshops.  Every part of you interconnects to the others.

PRICE:

$22.00 per workshop if paid WEEKLY (discount available for prepaid purchase of the 8 Chakra Workshops / Meditations):   if you elect to pay weekly, a deposit of $22.00 is required to hold your place in this course... discounted price for prepayment is $160.00, which is a 20% savings.  A 50% deposit of $80.00 is required if you are electing to use the discounted option.  This pays for the first 4 classes;  balance of $80.00 is due at 2nd class.

Additional Information:

TENTATIVE DATES (DATES MAY BE CHANGED IF NECESSARY TO ACCOMMODATE REGISTERED STUDENTS;  WILL BE DISCUSSED ON THE FIRST EVENING OF CLASS, as well as along the way if necessary ). 

Classes will not be run during holiday weeks or during the week approaching a major holiday to respect the personal plans of participants.

*** Please note that the enrollment for all events will be limited, and registration will be accepted on a "first come first served" basis due to space limitations.   The comfort of all participants will be the determining factor in deciding the number of students enrolled in each particular event.  

*** Early registration (AND DEPOSIT) is always recommended if you want to be sure that your spot is reserved.

***  Please dress comfortably for all workshops and classes.  You may bring a pillow and blanket if you wish to practice the breathing techniques while laying down on the floor (check with me to determine the size of the class;  large groups will practice while seated!).
