Allow me to introduce myself...

~ I have been a teacher for over 40 years, and have studied Spirituality & Metaphysics for my entire adult life.  I have always believed that there is a reason for everything that happens in our lives, and a lesson that we are meant to learn.  Everything is ultimately for our highest purpose and for the best, even though it may not seem like that as we struggle though difficult circumstances.

~ I began my first public venture, Astrological Insights, in 1983.  I met with hundreds of clients, all of whom heard about me through 'word of mouth' from family members, friends & colleagues.  My astrological chart readings served as a basis for understanding themselves and those around them, helping to improve the quality of thier lives immeasurably.   I was fascinated by the accuracy of the Astrological chart as a Self-Awareness tool, and continue to use it to this day for insights into myself and others.

~ As I contined my studies, gaining 75 credits beyond my Master's Degree, which I earned from Hofstra University, I then became a Certified Hypnotist & Past Life Regression Therapist in 1992, training at the NY Institute of Hypnotherapy.  I am a member of the American Counseling Association and the National Guild of Hypnotists.

~ My next venture was to create the
ASTRO-REGRESSION, and more recently the
ASTRO-MEDITATION, using proven Hypnosis based techniques to provide clients with a more focused, specific means of gaining insights into their lives, lessons, and karma, furthering self-awareness and Soul growth, with increased understanding about their lives.  This technique is the basis for all of my Astrological Awareness Workshops & Meditations.

~ Here are some further details about my Professional History:

~ Lectured at various holistic facilities on Long Island, including Body, Mind & Soul in Huntington, Serenity Garden in South Hampton, Pillars of Light in Huntington, The Essence in Northport, Vision Quest in Nesconset and the former Silk Road Holistic Center in Smithtown. ~

~ Have written articles on the benefits of Meditation for Long Island Lifestyle (1996/1997), and was interviewed by L.I. Newsday (1994) in their feature article "Meditation Goes Mainstream".

~ Wrote a 2-part series about Meditation for the Higher Minds Radio Web Site (2000).

~ Appeared at the Bayshore Woman's Place "March Into the Millenium" Celebration, and have taught Meditative/Stress Reduction techniques to faculty & staff at Superintendent's Conference Day in the West Islip Public Schools (2003).

~ Opened the Light Awakenings Meditation Center (LAMC) in the Fall of 1998, continuing to offer the same level of dedicated services as always, teaching basic Meditation Classes, running weekly Meditation and Psychic Development Groups, as well as a myriad of other topics, such as Angelic Communication,  Communicating With Your Guides & Masters, Understanding, Clearing & Energizing Your CHAKRAS, as well as Past Life Regressions.

~ I am currently continuing to offer varied workshops & classes in Smithtown, and am available to present Workshops, Classes and Lectures at your agency or facility upon request.
